The Lloyd Engineering rotary screening bucket/riddle bucket offers the quickest solution to changing screen size on this type of machine.

By driving the drum externally with 2 hydraulic wheel motors and durable forklift tyres it is possible to exchange drums in less than 5 minutes.   It's clean and easy to change with 1 clamping bolt operating a quick hitch - no nuts and bolts or manhandling drums into position.  

The drive is powered from the excavator's hydraulic circuit through a flow control valve (to change drum speed to varying conditions) and through the 2 wheel motors.   Wheel pressure is set by manual adjustment giving positive grip in all conditions.  

Optional brushes can be fitted, permitting use in difficult conditions.  

Drums can be supplied in practically any screen size, hytex screen is used as standard, with abrasion resistant steel, profiled and punchplate as options.   The hytex screen gives great affordability combined with a small dead area, when compared with punchplate drums.  

The construction of the Lloyd Engineering rotary screening bucket/riddle bucket is rugged and simple. They are fabricated from high strength steels, with abrasion resistant steel apron, mouth and drum protector, and CAT type teeth.   The majority of the hydraulic pipes and valves are contained internally for protection, with an easily removable panel for access.  

4 models are currently available:

•          0.3 m 3 for 6 to 8 ton excavators
•          0.7 m 3 for 13 to 15 ton excavators
•          0.8 m 3 for 16 to 17 ton excavators
•          0.9 m 3 for 18 to 22 ton excavators

All machines are manufactured in the UK and can be tailored to meet the customer's exact requirements.
